By using Pack-It-All, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Description of Service

Pack-It-All is an application that helps users create, manage, and organize packing lists for travel and other activities. The service is provided free of charge. Users may optionally sign in to enable cloud synchronization of their packing lists across devices.

User Accounts

You may use Pack-It-All without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google:

• Your packing lists will be synchronized to our cloud servers
• You can access your lists from multiple devices
• We store only your packing list content and a unique identifier—not your personal information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account

User Responsibilities

• Use the application for lawful purposes only
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the application
• Do not use the application to store sensitive, confidential, or illegal information
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service

Data and Privacy

When using local-only mode, all data is stored on your device and we have no access to it. When using cloud sync, your packing lists are stored on our secure servers. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Cloud Sync Service

The cloud synchronization feature is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to synced data. We recommend keeping local copies of important information. Data synchronization may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, whether stored locally or in the cloud.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data, missed travel preparations, or any inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

Weather Information

Weather information is provided by third-party services and reflects real conditions at the time of retrieval. Data is refreshed no more than every 8 hours. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather information and recommend checking official sources for travel planning.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. You may stop using the application at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
